You could have a party at your local ice-skating rink or maybe go rollerskating.
Or you could all go to a nice spa near your house & get your hair done, facials, nails, etc. You might want to tell the girls to bring some money though if you do that.
If you can't spend that much money at all you could always have a sleepover if your house is big enough & pull an all nighter by playing games, watching movies, prank calls, make-overs, etc. & the only money you would probably spend would be if you wanted to order a pizza.
Oh & even though you are girly, lazer tagging is SOOO much fun for any type of person. Your friends would probably enjoy that, but tickets per person can be expensive! I've been to one of my friends lazer tagging party & loved it. We went laser tagging then all hung out @ her house after. My other friend was going to do that too, but it was 30 dollars per person...if you had your friends pay it might work, but their parents probably wouldn't like that.

Happy almost birthday! Hope you find something fun =)

Like, what is super expensive?

IDK, maybe a spa night. or turn your basement into a club and have a disco ball and loud music.

How about a Hannah Montana party!

Why not have a girls night with like a makeover them. Give everyone a different style they have to dressup and pretend to be. Have everyone bring makeup and nail polish that they wont mind letting everyone use. Then just have funnnn!! :)

how about a banana split birthday party? or a birthday party where you all get to decorate your very own mini-cake?

scavenger hunt- thats what im doing its so much fun!! and cheap.

I think an awesome party would be rollerskating- You can have everyone go to a rink near you and skate and party there and then end with a slumber party at your house where you stay up to late watching girly movies and doing each others hair or make-overs. Don't forget to play Truth or Dare! That is a birthday MUST :)
Make sure you have great snacks for at home like popcorn and pizza.
If you have a kareoke machine that could also be a lot of fun too!

Okay, I'm probably closest to your age, and I think that you would have a great time with a spa day. Look on the internet for different facial masks that you can make at home, that way it will be cheap. Also, olive oil, sugar and vanilla make a great manicure scrub. Set up stations, and do manicures, pedicures, facials, make-up, and hair. My friend and I did one every month last year, and it was great! Make sure you have awesome music, have some food (chips, candy, cookies, the ultimate sleepover food) and make some mock martini's which are lot's of fun. Also, take pictures all day and put them together in a scrap book so you will always remember, and maybe it will become a yearly thing.
