i'm 15 too and some of the best parties I've went too had very little put into it. Definately buy a lot of pop and snacks. Make sure there's music and places people can sit. If you have tv that you can move maybe you could put one there and set up Dance Dance Revolution or something. But if you have some destructive friends, i wouldn't consider that.
Have a sleep over. Those are fun.
i dont know how much a yen equals a dollar, but u can do a spin the bottle game or have a pool party or something.

have a bon fire if your neighborhood doesnt have those gay rules about what you can or cant do in your own yard. I know some neighborhoods have stupid rules like you cant have fires, cant have a shed, or stupid stuff like that for safety and to make every yard look the same.
Do what the first guy suggested! You can stay up painting each other's nails and having pillow fights. It'll be loads of fun.

Anyways yeah, start the day early, you'll get more in. Maybe you could go to a theme park or something? I love them, especially Blackpool Pleasure Beach! Or, if you're like all my lad mates, have an Xbox day and get some new games and just do what lads do and play the frickin' Xbox lol. Get snacks and stuff in and just have a laugh.
Btw, killer snack. Get some vanilla ice cream, pour in loads of lemon juice, and then loads of sugar. It's amazing, TRUST ME =D HAVE A GOOD ONE <3 x
Is all depends on whether its a mixed party or all boy party.
If its mixed I've done a few ideas from my own parties. (I'm a 15 year old girl but they work for guys too) One idea that I did was if you live anywhere near a beach, you can take them all to beach and have a bonfire where you make hotdogs, popcorn, and all that stuff and play football on the beach and everything!
If that doesnt work, then another fun idea is take everyone to a mall, and give them all $4. Then tell them they have an hour to run around the mall and find the best thing they can with ONLY the four dollars you gave them. When they come back, everyone votes on which is the best, and whoever wins gets a $15 dollar gift card.
Pool parties are always fun, creativity is always useful :)
depending on what you like,you can have a moviethon,or a skate party,ramps are easy to build.if you like video games you can make it a compition and make small prizes for those who win.if you like music,you can do a kareoke party.keep the food simple and cheap,by getting alot of finger foods,like smokies,chips,dip,veggies.you can have fun with the drinks by having a big punch bowl and freeze icecubes with wierd things in it.
