Answers: I'm throwing a surprise 30th birthday party for my husband with a "dirty 30" theme. I'm having it at an erotic themed bar/lounge that serves drinks and food with dirty names, but am looking to incorporate more "dirty" things into the party (cakes, costumes, games, anything!).

If you go to Spencers, they sell all kinds of dirty party items. I think you should make everyone dress sexy and buy him an innappropriate gift! Adult stores also carry lots of party items, so I'd check that out. Maybe you should make two round cakes and decorate them to look like breasts!
Throw it outdoors, soak the lawn so that everything is mud, have your guests wear filthy clothes and tell them not to wash for a week. Make sure there's no toilet paper in the bathroom and have a dirty old hand cloth for them to dry their hands on. Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, Now that's stinken dirty!
You could go with a pimps and hos theme. Or find a passion party consultant who will work with not only women but men as well.
We once threw a nasty nursery rhymes or Disney theme. Little Ho Peep, Peter Pimp (Peter Pan), Captian Hooker, Ho White, Little Red Riding Hooker & Pimp Daddy Big Bad Wolf.
