Themes for my 21st birthday - any ideas???!
Answers: Anything unusual and fun. I don't want a Hawaiian, music (eg 60's, 70's), Oscars, underwater, greek mythology theme as they've all been done SO many times. Something different and creative!
Pick your favorite type of alcohol and create your theme around that. For example, if vodka is your favorite, you can decorate with clear decorations, set up areas themed by different flavored vodkas, display different brands and intriguing bottles, etc.

Do a martini/shot themed party. Have your friends come up with their favorite martini or shot recipes and have them recreated for the party. You can also ask them to dress up as their favorite martini or shot (with similar colors and such).
It would also be fun to have your friends try to design the perfect cocktail just for you!
You can make and try all the different recipes at the party and at then end, pick your favorite, then have fun coming up with a name relating to you! (you're friends will enjoy this too!)
what about a red carpet theme?
It's your 21st birthday, odds are you won't remember it with all the drinking.

You could have girls dress in cute lingerie and guys in hot suits and everyone get drunk! Plus, it would just be awesome to dress like a slut the night of your birthday... I'm going all out on mine and you should too! =]
Have a color theme. Maybe a white party or red party and everyone wear that color. Or a western theme, like cowboys and hats.
how about a vegas theme
How about a sexy pole dancing theme? In certain areas, they will come to your home and actually teach you how to do this. They supply the poles and all you have to do is supply the guests, food, and music! Decorate in black and red and make sure the girls (you CAN invite guys to watch or maybe dance with them after the lesson) wear comfortable but sexy clothing. Serve a lot of finger foods and provide plenty of drinks!
