Any recommendations for reheatable, transportable, reception entrees?!

Question: I'm preparing a semi-formal dinner party for my parents' 30th wedding anniversary. It will be hosted at my grandparents' house, but I do not want them lifting a finger to make this happen. Therefore, I plan to do most of the prep work at my home, then transport the food to their house. It is about a 2-hour drive. I need recipes that will transport well, reheat well (or require only minimal oven/microwave cooking on-site) and are still somewhat "high-class". My current list includes a garden salad with two dressings; stuffed mushrooms (which I'll bake on-site); marinated tandoori chicken kabobs; and possibly a mushroom soup (carried and reheated in a crockpot). I'd like to have some kind of red meat course and some savory sides. Any ideas out there?

What about a good potato salad. Or my Mom makes some killer scalloped potatoes that would be easy to reheat! As for red meat try some teriyaki beef chunks in the crock pot and get long skewer to serve them with. Or you could always go with meat balls in a few flavors... BBQ sweet and spicy?? Good luck!
