Need 30th birthday ideas for my wife?!
Answers: I've read through some of the previous answers and didn't quite find anything that really made say YEAH! THAT'S IT!! We usually do low-key things for birthdays, but I think she'd like to celebrate her 30th with more of a bang. Your ideas will be appreciated.
My husband had a surprise party for me, but it was a Murder Mystery party. He had me dress up in this outfit before I got home, and he had all the food catered. All my friends were in costumes and we ate, drank and played the game for hours. It was so much fun! He also gave me a day at the spa the next day. I was a perfect 30th!! I loved it.

May I suggest something? Have you listend and heard what your wifes desires are? Hear her and then see if it is feasable to please her for her special day.
hire a narrowboat for the weekend and take some friends or some people do cruises for the day on the river/canal and drive for you
overseas trip to somewhere awesome or that she'd like to go.
round the world trip or cruise..
go skydiving or something with her.. something that will make her feel 20 again..
What i can like for my birthday as a woman is:the car i dream of or a dinner and a night in a fancy hotel i dreamnt of in my country or a tour to egypt coz i like knowing the place have heard and watched many things in the television or a trip to china, or a total body cure(manicure,pedicure,massageetc) in the most admirable place i thought of and finally a night a romantic night in a romantic hotel with my husband.Wish you good luck

find a baby picture of your wife and get it printed on top of a cake...it's cute, but make sure it's not too embarrassing....good luck!!
