Its very simple! You just get a tin pie pan ( it can be with pre made graham cracker crust if you want) fill it with either whipped cream, shaving cream, or custard. And there you go! Ready for throwing! I went to this birthday party with a pie throwing competition and the decorated some just for fun with a cherry on top.

it's just a tin plate with whipped cream in it.
Buy a pre made graham cracker crust that comes in a light weight aluminum tin....fill with whipped cream & toss.....the crust will come out of the tin when tossed & the cream with it....without the crust.....the cream may or may not come out....also, having the crust seperate from the tin may possibly avoid any injuries from your "victim" getting hurt by the tin.
Whipped cream on a paper plate.
Shaving cream on a disposable aluminum pan, don't waste a good graham cracker crust for that.
whip cream in a tin or the cheapper paper plate that can be bought at any local markets
Use a foil pie plate and just fill it with whipped cream.
I think all it is is one of those tin pie plates (without the graham cracker crust) and whipped cream inside.
