Luau Party Help!?!
P.S- About 50 people & it will be held at a dance hall
Answers: Ok I'm having a luau for middle schoolers- boys & girls. I will have traditional luau games & new music. I have searched for decorations all over the web but they all seem so expensive. Where is a cheap party store, & what are must haves for this party?

I don't know what you consider expensive - but you should try Oriental Trading Company - they sell that kind of stuff.

Really anywhre might have luau party items. I had a Luau party once and the stores we went to were walmart, dollar store, target, party ltm. just stuff like that. you can also get creative and buy tons of leis and cut one part of it so that its like a long lei string and do that to alot and hang em ffrom the ceiling or put them together and drape them on the walls. Also at like walmart or target they have tiki torches that you can put everywhere. You can also hang grass skirts and stuff on the wall for a fun touch.
We always roast a pig at our Luau...make sure you have 'lays'(not the potato chips)... limbo is always a popular game at our luau...maybe have some sort of N/A punch
