i've seen mickey and minnie mouse party plates at the dollar store before. you may also want to try party of america or target or walmart.
You should probably try party stores. Or mabey disney stores.

try birthdayexpress.com.. they have great birthday themes with all the accessories. i dont think you'll find Mickey and Minnie together in one theme.
