Throw a party , Invite alot of friends, go shopping, get party favorites, get your hair done, and throw some bangin music on!
Ask your mom (or older female relation, if mom is not in your life) if you can rent a hotel room (at a fancy hotel) and invite a couple of your best friends. Order pizza, go swimming if they have a pool, maybe hire someone who will come and give you manicures.
Or you and some girlfriends could just all go together to get pedicures.
