Which entree is better for a wedding?!

Question: Which would you rather have:

Roast Beef with Horseradish and Au Juis
or
Sirloin Skewers with Peppers and Onion?

My wedding guests will be all sorts of people from various parts of the Northeast & South, so a variety of opinions is what I need! Thanks!

I think you can mix it up more with the skewers. Try different vegetables and offer an assortment of different meats. Possibly tailored to the regional favorites of your guests.

Both sound really good, but I would probably choose the Sirloin Skewers.

Vegetarian dish always best, God BLess

EDIT: In that case, I would go with Sirloin Skewers with Peppers and Onion... I personally just love Peppers and onions! ;) Brochette type of foods are really great!

I would think the roast beef. Many people cannot eat peppers &/or onions.

Mmmm the first one. Can I come? Sounds like fun!

serloin skewers with peppers and onions...for sure!

mmmmmmmmmm....sirloin skewers with peppers and onions.

now i'm hungry - can i come to the food tasting with you before you make your final decision?

congratulations on the wedding and wish you both the best!

Roast Beef! But make sure you have Yorkshire Pudding as well...it's tradition.
Happy Wedding!
