This site has some great ideas for a mad hatter party:

This one has some younger kids games that can be made more difficult for teens:

Now since I've found a few sites with ideas, you need to pick a few that appeals to you and a couple of friends.
Instead of dress the old lady, dress the rabbit relay using pants, coat, bow tie, gloves, shoes, etc
Plenty of finger foods and sandwiches, and tea of course. Fanciful Hat cakes (maybe a his and hers), cookies.
Of course you must switch chairs around the Long central table which any Mad Hatter Tea party will have.
Tea Pot tea bag toss. Paper machie a med container to make a tea pot. Toss (bean bag) tea bags with each guest's name into the pot from a distance (blind folded, over their shoulder, standing on one foot, etc, make it as difficult or easy as you desire.
Or 3 tosses into the pot to get a seat at the table. Each one coming into the table Must bump someone who in turn bumps, etc. Play with it and have fun.
Tea pot dart board. High score wins whatever. Can do bean bag toss onto patchwork tea pot with painted sections and points. Award prizes; etc.
Spin the marker to "Eat me", "Drink me", "You've got to wait" for mystery food/drink or to get food/drink. Each person could have a little spinner at place setting. Timer, spin every 3, 5, or whatever minutes or so.

buy a few gallons of water and add crystal light tea or lipton tea it comes in lots of flavors, have cookies, and rice krispie, marshmallo treats, popcorn, etc... play jarts or horseshoes, and some good music,
You should have games that require a boy or girl partner. This way you get everyone involved and creates a competitive situation, guys like that. Since it's an Alice In Wonderland theme, you should play Crochet...in teams.
