Sweet 16 theme?!
my idea is pimps and hoes but i dunno how to make a party like that.

Do something like... involving stars. I actually had an idea the other day for somebody I know. At the end of the night, you could end up going outside and having like a night time picnic thing while looking up and gazing at the stars. Would be pretty cool if you ask me.
u can keep the theme as sky
like stars or a moon or spaceship etc

sweet
any sweet like any dessert or sumthing
