Tips for throwing the perfect surprise party?!
Answers: I'm a first time party thrower, any tips for keeping it under wraps, and making sure it goes smoothly?
make sure you have a good cover story so the person who the party is for has a good reason to be dressed up and is ready for a night out.
delegate the things that may be difficult for you to keep secret and once the suprise has been sprung, just relax and enjoy yourself.

Have one of his/her friends take them out to something they would normally do. That way she wont expect anything. And dont do it on her birthday try to do it before because then she wont see it comeing..
Who is the party for?
If the party is for a husband / wife, let them know that you have X friend coming over, so that you can clean up the house, etc, and they won't be suspicious. Cars should be parked on a differant street. Everyone should arrive ONE HOUR before the party starts, with the knowledge that X is arriving at Y time and from a time to y time, no one is allowed to come - wait until after.
Doing it at a restaurant? "Forget" to thaw something for dinner! Perfect excuse for going out!
