Since some school systems require all items brought to school be commercially prepared --even the cake:
Banana Chips or other dried fruit nibbles such as cranraisins, pudding cups, mini fruit muffins, raisins, ice cream pops, individual fruit juices, veggie tray (store wrapped and labeled), individually wrapped cheese slices in unopened package, individual cracker packages, packages with cheese and crackers or peanut butter and crackers, individual fruit cups, mini yogurt cups or a couple packages of oatmeal cookies unopened. Note: watch out for nuts and chocolate-- some kids allergic.
Take time to ask teacher beforehand and the teacher might be willing to make suggestions.
If you can't get individual prepackaged. Arrive ahead of time-show teacher packaged items, have baggies, plates, etc and make individual servings (gloves, throwaway tablecloth, paper towels, baggies, paper plates, cups for gallon size fruit juice, etc.)
If you can make your own of any of the above and take ready to hand out then you'll be ahead of the game.
