Answers: so im throwing a sweet 16 and we are having it at a dance hall with a dj an all and i would like you guys to tell me what you think of my other plans

I think it's a great idea, it's not anything normal. I would try to have some chips and things like that hanging around in case nobody wants pizza or mac&&cheese but I've never heard of anyone having a bright color party.
You could include in the invitation that people have to wear SOME sort of bright color whether it be shoes or jewelry, they need to be a little funky because it sounds like your party is a little funky too.

i would definitely recommend people wearing fluro colours to your party, it would make it more fun and lively
add some chips and lollies incase people want some snacks too
best thing at the moment would be fluro shoelaces! and throw some bright streamers around the place too

i think its an awesome idea! the clothes, well...make the dress code: Colourful, funky, psychedelic, fluorescent
and. You should have bowls of Smarties for dessert...teehee (in addition to what you have planned)
Cool theme---how about having prizes awarded to different categories, like, 'Craziest colour themed outfit", "Craziest coloured shoes", 'Craziest brightest colour worn", etc...
How about adding burgers or even Philly cheese steak sandwiches to the menu, along w/ chips, pretzels, etc...

Gee, w/ all the 'crazy bright colours', maybe you should have all wear 'shades'--(sunglasses)-& give an award to the best shades! : )
