Birthday Invite, big party. when to send out invites?!
Answers: my daughter is having a big bday party, about 45 ppl. i want to send out the invites a week before, but shes saying im crazy, people will have plans and wont come. but i think they will lose the invites and forget. need more opinions, when should I send them out?
Your daughter is right. I would sent them around 3 weeks before. People need time to organise transport etc. Put an RSVP date on the invitation for 1 week before the party. If you have not heard from them, call and see if they are coming. I doubt they will loose it, not many teenagers forget about parties.
A month is good as other people said a week before the party RSVP.
it is always best to send out the invitations a week or two after the party then the latecomers are on time,,,,,,,,,,,,
i would send them out about 3-4 weeks in advance, with an RSVP date about 1 week before, that way people have a chance to plan ahead
