but i dont wanna have it at home.

At the mall or sixflags with close friends, or you can also rent a hotel or bowling alley to have a 15. I'm turning 15 in May too. :D
you could have it at a bowling alley or laser tag place.
you could have it at a resturant or hall and make a theme
depends how much u wanna spend
i would do a broadway show..

dude have it at a pool your birthdays in may thats what i'm doing forsure mines in june.
just rent out like a club house near your house it doesn't cost to much. it will be fun forsure
this place called Katso, or Shogun is awsome. i had a party their and it was great. they cook infront of you then you can totally hang with your friends in privacy.
OK first decide if you want to dance or not then read the following:
if not then: paint ball, cosmic bowling, laser tag, swimming, movies, go to a amusement park or have it at your house and have a theme like these:
Hawaiian-give out lays, have fruit smoothies, play Hawaiian version of games like toss the pineapple, pin the coconut on the palm tree etc
mascaraed-get plastic masks from party city an other places buy lots of feathers, sequin and jewels and stuff and have them make their own mask
crazy color and give a prize to the person wearing the most crazy colors
and if you want to dance you can use all of those themes as well or try glow in the bark get a black light and tell them to wear white stuff so they glow and hand out glowing bracelets an stuff
