Good day,
Out side foods. Think no Mayo's, eggs (if you want you can line a pan with wrap and fill w/ ice, then place serving dish on top this will give you aleast 2 hours)
What about this:
5-10 feet long sandwiches
You cover board w/ butcher paper. lumber
Get French bread (each loaf will serve 4-6)
cut long ways.
Get shredded lettuce
slice tomatoes
It dressing
black olives
red onion thinly sliced
asst meats and cheeses
spread on it dressing
add meat and cheese
top with greens
do on top of covered board until complete.
wrap all.
Relish tray with assted pickles
chips and dips
Make a couple extra foot long sandwiches and relish trays and onion dips and keep on ice, to restock when necessary.
Cover picnic table with table cloth (tape down)
set out plastic plates and plastic ware
fill ice chest with cold sodas
uncover sandwich and open chips and dips and uncover relish tray.. Party hardy....

i had an outdoor graduation party too and we just ordered a ton of party trays from subway
i mean it's not homemade but it's easy and everybody loves subway!

*salad
*chipz
*/fruit/fruit dip
*veggies/dip
*beer
*cake

trying to help some what

i would use simple picnic foods such as salads, sandwiches, maybe hamburgers or hotdogs
