Take him and a few friends to Peter Piper Pizza or bowling, they'll have a blast and you won't spend too much money.

how old is he?

age?his interests? budget?

it would be alot easier to answer if these details were added :)

Hey,

My bet is to let him invite 10 or so mates of his choice to your house let him have the house to himself for a couple of hours with his mates.

Buy some cheap and tasty party food for them and let them watch some dvds and stuff

Good luck, Hope i helped

Lottie :)

have it at home
do hot dogs they go down a treat
plus make some buns
bake your own cake
and a happy birthday to him

SLEEPOVER! Order (or pick up) a pizza or two, rent a movie and have fun!!

get his friends to come home and you can prepare some grub sandwiches ,hot-dogs ,soft drinks (as you don't state his age )crisps and peanuts ,and cheese biscuit, and of course the birthday cake

Maybe have it in your garage, and cook some hot dogs on the grill and sit on some old chairs (couches?) and just talk and roast 'mallows on the grill..... supervise, but not with them

by the way... how old is he?

Without knowing the age and likes/dislikes of your son, I would suggest that rather than picking a theme, i.e. spiderman, etc, go with a color scheme instead. The dollar store is a great place to get paper plates, cups, napkins, etc and matching balloons, table cloths, plastic ware, etc at a great price. If you choose 1 or 2 colors and make everything coordinate color-wise, your party will look pulled together no matter how much money you spend. If your son insists on a particular character, you can purchase a few items with the character on it, like a helium balloon, invitations, and the cake and then supplement it with solid color items in coordinating colors. Dollar stores also carry party-favor items and small bags so those can be easily done on a budget. As far as games, you can make an inexpensive bean bag toss game using painted cardboard and a few sandwich baggies filled with dry rice or beans (make them as simple or as decorative as your budget allows). Dollar store toys or homemade cookies make great game prizes. Good luck and have a great party!

how old is he? i will suggest tacos that way it will be fun for the party goers to make their own!
