What is not childish but still fun for a b-day party age apropriate for a 6th grader or higher?!
Answers: im having a b-day party i need a good theme music not all countrey activities not childish and the hard one birthday cakes its going to be on my backyard deck thanks oh and dont say something stupid
If the party is a backyard style party, how about setting up a volleyball net, or if your back yard is big enough, see if you can rent a miniture golf course...have a cook-out and just have fun. End the night with a bonfire and roast some smores and don't forget the cake!

they like trips to movies with pals and take them out to eat buffet style. you won't have to do too much work.
Sleep over party! you can do makeup hair nails facials also you can play man hunt invite a few boy maybe spin the bottle and truth or dare?
Add something in there that will be a big surprise. sounds fun
i did for my 11th birthday party a sspa theme and we did manicures and pedicures and facials it was sooo much funnn
