who's coming? when? I always make appetizers but I have to decide how many people are coming and then I plan accordingly but I have to have a mixture of hold and cold dips, hot and cold hors d'ouevres, and they all have to have different ingredients for a variety.
Alot of patience, brainstorming, time management, food food food, favors, entertainment, alot of shopping for ideas and prices. With drinks, we usually buy beer/wine or tell them to bring their own.
