What are the best decorations for a cocktail party??!
Answers: so my mom is giving me this great party for my sweet sixteen and its going to have a cocktail party theme, so we need to find inexpensive decorations that goes with the cocktail party theme.....any ideas??
I like floating candles on the tables going down the center with vine's weaved in between the bowls of floating candles or confetti. an ice sculpture is nice if you know someone that can do it,not sure how much they cost. HAPPY SWEET SIXTEEN...
i say a lot of simple, funky lights...like party lanterns....in bright colors. candles always work.
tall cocktail tables and chairs, soft music...jazz or classical work best....
the look should be very clean and crisp with a funky twist.
Go get some white table cloths, maybe a small vase with flowers on each table, and require the guests to wear suits and cocktail dresses. Also when you serve drinks put cocktail straws in them and serve them out of those cute little cups. Play jazz music.
