chicken is always safe! i made a great chicken stir fry with rice for my friend and it was great!

Here is a very easy crock pot recipe. 4 Chicken breasts, a can of crushed pinapple and a bottle of BBQ sauce. Add all to the crockpot, cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Serve over rice.

It's VERY good, and VERY easy!

Easy Chicken Creole:

Brown 4 chicken breasts or pieces in olive oil.

Take out chicken and put aside.

Pour a cup or more of frozen onions and a cup or more of frozen bell peppers into the pan.

Sautee peppers and onions. Add some garlic.

Pour in two cans of chopped Italian style tomatoes.

Put chicken back in with tomatoes, etc.

Simmer until chicken is done - the longer, the better!
