Here are a few ideas for you:

Spa Party: serve veggies and dip, fruit kabobs, punch, cake, and ice cream...do facials, mani/pedis, hair, nails, etc...your favors could be some little make-up from the dollar store...

Craft Party: serve finger foods, like sandwiches, fruit kabobs, cake, punch, and ice cream...have each girl decorate a photo album or frame, take photos all night long, and fill the frames and albums in the morning...decorate inexpensive purses or bags with ribbons, buttons, etc...decorate cheap slippers with ribbons, feather boas, beads, etc...

Movie Party: have each guest bring their favorite movie, serve sandwiches, cake, ice cream, punch...have a popcorn bar with plain popcorn and all kinds of toppings...rent a movie projector, hang a white sheet on the outside of the house, set up some lawn chairs, and watch your movies outside all night long...after a few movies, act out yur favorite scenes...

Good luck and have fun!
