If you all like music, get a karaoke machine and sing away; you can even set up a video camera and make your own "videos". Or get some movies - funny or scary ones work the best.
Get some fun games that everyone will enjoy like Pictionary or Scene It - team games that everyone can get involved with.
Catch Phrase is a super fun game to play that gets a ton of people involved and has almost no rules - it's really fun! Or if you want to draw people out of their shell, play Guesstures - it's like charades but on speed - it's a lot of fun and even people who are shy will end up having a blast! Make sure you have a good mix of music playing too - but not too loud, so people can still talk and play and have fun. Have munchies and drinks to make people feel at ease. Try not to have the tv on unless it's just videos or something, or people will just sit around the television.
