Would Welsh Rarebit be an appropriate dish to serve for Easter Brunch?!

Question: If I'm not too hung over, I'd eat about anything.

My husband would thank you for solving the question of what we will eat Easter Morning. He likes his with poached eggs and bernaise sauce.
I think it would be an interesting item or even a course if you are planning on a multicourse meal. I usually just lay a piece of provolone on rye, cover with a cheese sauce and put some halved grape tomatoes on top for "eyes", then gently heat under the broiler.

i would have some . hope you will

It sounds good to me!

great idea, i havent fixed that in about 4 years. happy easter.

Wow! what a great idea for Easter brunch!
