What should I bring to a Holi potluck dinner?!

Question: I'm a UU. We're hosting a Holi potluck dinner. I'm completely in unfamiliar territory! What should I bring? It has to be easy, with common ingredients. This is very last minute and with Easter I have no time to shop! The dinner is tomorrow! Any easy last minute ideas?

Sorry it is so last minute but you can always bring drinks or a punch! A great pitcher will be good too, check www.pamperedchef.biz/lyzetteskitchen.com for ideas!
Good Luck~

I usually pick up some KFC or make deviled eggs. They'll both be gone by the end of the party.

If you have cans of beans, make a BEAN SALAD: 1 can each green beans, garbanzo, kidney (can also add a can of carrots, or some mushrooms); sliced onion and pour some Italian dressing over it to marinate....

Or ... cut up some tomatoes, cucumbers, green pepper, onions and mix with Italian dressing...

Spread some canned frosting between graham crackers (or other cookies) to make cookie sandwiches. If you have chocolate, you can dip half into melted chocolate..

Very tough to know what you have on hand, if you can't get to the store:)
