How about doing all cakes ad things? You can make them yourself easily- cupcakes, muffins, brownies, fondant fancies, cookies... May be a little time consuming but that way it's thoughtful, plus the ingrideants are inexpensive!

And it's different too. Everybody loves cake, right?

you can't go wrong with cocktail weenies. they taste as good as they look! and they come with this sauce...it looks like ketchup, it tastes like ketchup, but brother, it ain't ketchup!

Popcorn Balls! So yummy and perfect slummber party food! I do not have a recipe with me at the moment but if you go to google

Pizza, cake, cookies, chips, cake, and 2 liter drinks.

popcorn and chips

Finger sandwiches, frozen pizza, popcorn, chips with ranch dressing (the kids love it here) pigs in a blanket (little smokies with biscuits wrapped around them and baked)

Bagel bites and cavier

Chips, popcorn, bagel bites, frozen pizzas, chex mix, cookies, etc. If you want healthier foods you could go for veggies and dip, fruit, hummus and pita bread, etc. I personally think 12 year old girls would much rather have the junk. ;) good luck!
