Spring Break Pool Party?!

Question: i'm havin a spring break pool party in my backyard. it's not very big, but i'm havin about 25-30 people (HS freshmen mostly). i have ping pong, foosball, water ping pong, & a pool basketball net. I live in FL so it's hooot. any ideas for time of day, decorations, activities, theme, etc?? THNKS =))

i know u should have ice pops n the time should b like 2 or 3 in da afternoon as long as the sun is still out but not blizzing..
