I would make...

a Taco bar (cook up the meat, have some taco shells, lettuce, tomato, salsa, cheese, sour cream... and let them make their own tacos)

or some nachos (same toppings)

but girly pool party stuff....

I would make a fruity drink, maybe a sparkling punch, you can put in little umbrellas if ya want.

Some little sandwiches, here are a few kinds... cucumber, turkey, and ham. cut them into 4 triangles and put them on a tray

Fruit and Veggie tray

Maybe some chips and dip...

Decorations:

I wouldn't be too big on decorations, maybe something hula-ish. Give people hula leis to wear (very cheap), and decorate with some fake exotic flowers, maybe set up your food stand like a little tiki bar.

Anyhow, happy birthday and hope ya have fun!

Well order pizza and plan some cool games for ur age...
try searching on the internet http://parentingteens.about.com/od/party...

it may help
bwt im 15 so a pool and pizza party sounds kinda fun to me

You should get chips, and floatys like what party doesn't love chips and floatys. For decorations don't got to far out maybe a balloon here or there.

here is an easy really tasty snack
coco and condensed milk

dry coco about 1/2 kilo
1 can of sweet condensed milk like Nestle i think it is about 100 ml or so

leave some coco aside about 5 table spoons
add ur milk in a bowl then start adding the rest of the coco and stir
u may not use all the coco since it depend on how much milk u added
with a table spoon take some of that mixture and dip it n the the dry coco that we kept aside then put them n a nice plate and put them n the fridge...take them out about at 12:30
it'll look like this

u may add any kind of nut on the top
enjoy^^

for snacks...
lemonade, lays/pringle chips, pretzels, chocolate covered strawberries are really good! peanut butter jelly sandwiches incase somebody is pretty hungry.

decorations...anything...it doesn't have to match...lots of balloons...maybe silly string...thats always fun to spray on people.
uhm, any decorations you find at the store...like those things you hang around your door that says happy birthday...
