I keep it simple just because I like to enjoy the day too. I have a fully cooked ham, just add pineapple and brown sugar glaze, usually potato salad or sweet potatoes, and fresh green beans or even frozen if I don't have that much time or the fresh ones don't look good at the store. I buy frozen rolls and pop them in and my grand daughter brings a bunny cake, the other one makes devilled eggs and that's it. Have a good day, enjoy it yourself and others will too.

Well, I'm having ham, potato salad, corn, and broccoli raisin salad, with apple pie for dessert. It will be only me, so dinner is already made for one night this week (leftovers).

You could do a ham and scallop potatoes, veg, salad and bread. Ham is easy to cook. If you go to allrecipes.com, they have alot of good ideas so does food network.com

Depending on the age of your sibilings how about wroking round a chicken/egg theme?

Start with scrambled eggs on little circles of toast

Then omlette with chicken breast inside it.

Then those little egg nests arranged with chocolate chicks.

It's quite simple but when I went to my friends last year it was just so sweet!

i love the chicken and egg theme!

Ham with some kind of glaze. Mashed potatoes. some kind of veggie like corn or green beans. Maybe cranberry sauce. Yum...... I made myself hungry.
