It might be hard to find accurate information because sundaes are one of those things where the toppings can vary from serving to serving. (When they dish the ice cream and put the toppings on, they don't necessarily have everything accurately measured exactly the same way every time.) Also, places like IHOP don't necessarily like to have easily accessible nutrition information because of people's health concerns.
