Will you be serving or eating a big Easter Dinner, not the usual Sunday dinner?!

Question: Big Easter dinner.

Answers: Big Easter dinner.

Skipping.

Yep, getting together with family and having Ham, potato salad, pasta salad, 7 layer lettuce salad, corn and rolls.

It used to be a huge deal in my family. We'd go to my grandmas house and have a huge easter meal with cousins and aunts and uncles. But my cousins, aunts, and uncles all moved away and my last survivng grandparent passed away last year...just after easter :( So this year it's just my parents, my sister, my nephew, and me. We'll still have a big dinner (my mom's italian and according to her there's never enough food :P) but it's not as extravagant as it used to be.

I DON'T get Sunday dinner anyway. I will make scalloped tatos and ham though since I don't ever get it!

Just a small dinner, I want to skip the family get together for Easter due to bad colds this week! So, small brown sugar ham, mashed potatoes, italian bread, olive salad, and chocolate cake for dessert!! Hope you have a very nice Easter day and dinner yourself!

Usually a big deal, not this year though. Happy Easter.
