I would use the park across the street if you want it outside. ask the parks owner (usually the city you live in-their parks and rec department) if you can have your party there.

If you or someone you know has one-bring along one of those portable fire pits (the ones you can place on your porch) to keep people warm.

have a bunch of different types of relay races or contests (potato sack races, 3-legged races, egg toss, obstacle course, etc). have fun prizes to give out for the winner.

If you'd rather do indoors (especially since it's cold) try

-indoor ice/roller skating rink
-laser tag
-your favorite local restaurant (check to see if they have a banquet or party room you can use-most do).
-bowling alley

hope this helps and Happy Birthday!!!

Try a themed party. They always work. If you want a more sophisticated and adult party there is a game called 'how to host a murder'. They are really cool and people dress up in the style of clothes the character that they got given would were. My sister had a party like that called the last train from paris and they set up the lounge room like a train carriage.

Otherwise how about a retro party. Have some hit music from a decade in th 20th century like the 70's, eat cool food and do games like limbo.
Ice Scating partys are fun but at the same time expenisve.
Well this are some sugestions you could use for activities to do at your party:
*limo
*pass-the-passel
*strings ( attach a chocolate bar to a string and weave all these strings around the room so peole have to climb over chairs with their string to get to the chcocolate bar at the end.)
*frankfurts on the end of strings, hands behing backs trying to eat the frankfurt
*pinata
*movies (for the non-social type)
*wide game like spotlight or capture the flag

Food & Drink:
Punch, soft drinks, party pies, lollies, chips, sauasage rolls.

Have a very hapy birthday. I am having my party this saturday and thats what I am doing and I am 13 as well so take it from me. A girl with knowledge! Happy B'day

i suggest you do a camping birthday party...where there will be a camp fire, bbq, birthday cake and your friends can camp in your house, same as like a sleepover not only you can do it at the park or your backyard you can enjoy the party the whole night
