I think tonight I'm going to do something fun, like a little surf and turf. A braised breast of veal, maybe, this great shrimp, lobster, and leek sausage I make, Perhaps with some farro or quinoa and some late winter root veggies? Mmmm, sounds good.

Do you like rachel ray's recipes? She has a fabulous online recipes website. Buying the ingredients is the only real task. Cooking the stuff is fun!
