I need some ideas for a sit down dinner auction/fundraiser with a 'Circus' theme. Food and decorations advice.!

Question: We have chosen a "Circus" theme for this years fundraiser event. I need a great sit down meal and dessert, which will be catered. Any food, or decorating ideas, will be appreciated.
thanks for the help!

Use streamers or ribbons to create a tent-like look to the room.

You'll need lots of helium filled balloons in bright colours.

Hire a clown or two to make balloon animals.

Have the servers wear red clown noses.

Dessert could be any kind of cake, but topped with animal cookies and a candy cane to look like an animal on a ferris wheel.

Have the seating in three rings.

Sell pink elephant popcorn, or have it as favours (if they still make it).

Title each course of the meal with a circus name.

Hire a trained elephant and some tigers. get a socialized monkey and some midget clowns.

funnel cakes, lemon shake ups, kabobs, barnum and bailey animal crackers,

Use red and white striped popcorn containers for the floral arrangements. Arrange the flowers in a glass or plastic container and set it inside the popcorn box.

Animal crackers, tied up in tulle circles with pretty bows for favors.

Balloons everywhere...

A clown greeting people at the door...

Funnel cakes for dessert...they can be made in shapes, dusted with powdered sugar, and served with ice cream and hot fudge and/or raspberry sauce for an elegant "Circus" dessert...

Good luck!

have it in a circus tent and have a show make cookies appetizer fruit punch drink make it colorful (The event) and have a moving speech

Red and white striped tableclothes would be cute. Maybe use red and white flowers for the center. Have it be bright and bold. Maybe have your servers dress up as clowns.

A cake decorated with circus animals, balloons, small sandwiches, cotton candy, and other things are all great for circus themed events.
