Food for a meeting?!


Question: I need some ideas for food I can by at the grocery, not have to make, for a meeting my company is having tonight. Some of the people attending will be in a wheelchair or have Parkinson's, so I need something accessible for them. Any ideas? Thanks.

Finger sandwich platters are available at the deli. Have an assortment , served with a cookie platter, and a fresh fruit platter. All ready to pick up, and enjoy
You might consider a bag of chips also

if the store has a bakery they usually have little kolaches. I know the guys in my office love them!!

Assorted sub. sandwiches cut into small portions available at the deli. dept., fresh veggies and dip, chips, pretzels, pickles, olives and assorted fresh fruits along with cake slices.

Most groceries have platters available for purchase of everything from veges and dip to meat and cheese rollups. You might consider giving your favorite grocer a call to pull somethings together for you. Here are some additional ideas:

1. Cut carrots and celery with ranch dressing (precut packages).
2. Fresh fruit (precut) with toothpicks for easier serving.
3. Cold cuts: turkey, smythfield ham, peppered salami and cheese, american or cheddar, havarti, muenster.
4. Rolls and condiments: mayonaise, dijon and honey mustard, olives, pickles, pepperoncini
5. Premade pasta or rice salad, orzo or bulgar
6. Cookies and mini brownie bites
7. Bottle water, sodas
