Does anyone know what this is?!

Question: I once saw on a television show a serving platter for appetizers or maybe it was chips and dip that had little plaques either attached to it or near it that could be written on (with a wax crayon i think) to tell you what the food was. Can anyone tell me where to get this, what it's called or who makes it?

The only thing I have ever seen that is similar to that is slate serving pieces that you can write on with chalk, like this one.

This is probably the most unhelpful answer but I know you can write on some basic white plates with crayon or edible marker.
