How do I throw a good birthday party?!

Question: OK so I'm having my 15th birthday party this Sunday. It's gonna be a rollerskating party and i'm inviting about 12 people. We are also gonna go back to my house after that and eat and do all that stuff. But I'm kind of worried that it won't be a good party.. (I'm not allowed to have a wild party) How can I make it be a good party?

have good friends and good cheap take-out(pizza)....garlic bread , deep fried stuffs that you can get from any super store.

having a good party is having friends who enjoy each others company .. there should not be any pressure... organise games that involve everyone ... like a nite treasure hunt or play blind-man without the lights( remember to move away the breakables).

when you get to your house it's no boys. if you don't want your parents involved then no boys. make a mix cd or fill your ipod with popular songs from the last 2 years play it and have fun. buy a bunch of cheap finger nail polishes and makeup and just you girls have fun. if you invite boys to your house your parents will be right around the corner every second and it will only embarass you. my best advice as a parent.
