Any advice or tips on a Chocolate Fountain??!

Question: Should I buy one? I am having a shower and think this would be fun. Do you have an experience with these? Any good brands out there? What to avoid?? Thanks!

i love my chocolate fountain! i have a RIVAL. i use it for all kinds of parties and events. it's always a big hit! it's not hard to clean at all, it comes apart in 5 pieces and is dishwasher safe. i like dark chocolate. but I've done white chocolate too, I've added a few drops of food coloring too add color for the appropriate occasion. like green for st Patrick's day, red for valentines day, etc. i use marshmallows, strawberries, pineapple chunks, brownie bites, and pound cake. recently i saw a double fountain, side by side so you can use 2 different types of chocolate at the same time, i want this one next!!!!

I think if you don't use the fountain too often, don't waste the money buying one. However if you are a party person, just buy it! It's great for parties. Avoid being unhygenic, that's all. :)

yes buy one!! they are so good but the only problem is that you have to clean right threw all the filters and pipes

yeah sure goahead
jst dont have it to often
sunbeams the best brand
also use cadbury chocolate
and dont turn it on for to long its gets boiling.
u can dip it in to fruit marshmellows and heap more .
Cool Hey

Yes, I bought one and I did not read the instructions so, oops! So you might want to read the instructions first, the 2nd time I used it, it was fine. The new ones are much easier to clean and take apart, so pick one up and they are lots of fun.
