I need some ideas for an easy to prepare feminine lunch for about 150 women on a budget. Decor and all?!


Question: I am the lunch committee member for an event for Women in the Outdoors- a sister organization of the National wild Turkey Federation. We're spending a whole day teaching women how to hunt, fish, 4 wheel, ect and we want to make the lunch portion really pretty, feminine and relaxing. We're on a budget of about $1200 for 150 women and I need some ideas for a filling, but girlie lunch, decorations and a way to make a camping lodge more spa-like. I have a few ideas, but I'm sure you have some great ones!! Thanks!

What about lasagna from costco? It is easy and not too expensive. Just make a really simple green salad with it. (Pre toss it with italian dressing to make it fast and simple) French bread or breadsticks are yummy too.
