Question: this is what my mom said i can do i can either have a party with all my frirends and family or i can rent a limo and it will that my bffs and my close family to carmel and go to dinner and the beach.

I rented a limo for my 16th and that was my most favorite and fun birthdays ever. Go with the limo and the bff's!
Trust me, it's something everyone should be able to do. :)

I would go for the limo and dinner/beach or if they would consider another option what about having all your friends and family to a barbeque,can't beat a good barbie.Have a great time whatever you decide.
