Do you think pizza in a bucket would sell?!

Question: You already heard of stuffed crust pizza, square pizza, thin crust, thick crust, Big Foot Pizza, pan pizza, layered pizza but not Pizza In A Bucket. Hey, chicken comes in a bucket, so why not pizza?

The bucket would be like a bucket that chicken comes in. Could be sold from pizzerias with their ingredients.

This would be a make it yourself kit that would include all the prepackaged toppings, sauce and the pre-made dough.

Add a bucket of cold ones to go with it and have a party.

Why would anyone want a kit to make it themselves when they're already at a pizzeria? Dinner for tomorrow with no time to cook. Just for the fun of it. Parties...

um i wouldnt buy it.

You might want to go for pizza in a cup first to see how it goes before you invest money in all those buckets.

There are already places like Papa Murphy's where you make your own pizza. Putting in a bucket isn't really that innovative, and honestly it's kind of a pain in the butt.

All you're missing is Billy Mays to sell it for you on an infomercial

Chittlings in a bucket would be a GREAT seller!! Hot sauce on the side as a bonus. :--) Mmmmm,,,,,,,,SO GOOD!!!

I think it would come down to how well it was marketed to consumers. I'm not sure how well it would do selling it at pizzerias, because if you are already there to eat then chances are good you are not going to pick up a pizza bucket to make for dinner the next night. Most families don't want to serve themselves/children pizza two night in a row. Secondly, food licenses have to change once you start packaging food to be sold in that format. The restaurant may no longer be up to code for that sort of thing and would cost more money than it's worth to bring it up to code. I think that this concept would do better if sold in grocery stores as a quick and easy thing that they can pick up and take home to prepare. Especially if marketed as an easy meal that the kids can help prepare. But there again, you run into the fact that pizza ingredients are already sold individually in the grocery stores. Again, I think it wopuld really come down to marketing.

I wouldn't do that. But you could make homemade pizza bites like they sell in the frozen food aisle at the grocery store, but made fresh of course and then sell them in a clever pizza bucket.
