I need help on a menu for a tupperware party?!

Question: I am having a Tupperware party at 4pm this Sunday and I don't know what to serve. There will be about 8-10 people coming. I am not a great cook so a simple and quick menu is needed. I have boneless chicken breasts out the nose but I don't know what to do with it that would be nice for my mother-in-law to have to eat that is easy to make. I was thinking of a veges platter to start and Hot Chinese tea. But after that I just don't know. Any help is appreciated thank you all bunches.

Tupperware partiesoy are about 2 hours long. Most will have to get home to start dinner. So keep Fun and pretty girlie foods...enjoy

You can cut the chicken into strips and bread them you can either fry them or bake them. Then set out different sauces for dip. Like ranch, BBQ, hot sauce, teriyaki, and honey mustard. Have some cheeses and crackers some fruit, salad and some dressings out on the table. Get a cake and cut it into small pieces and set out on the table like a buffet. And have some breads out this is nice. Have some lemonade or a cold drink just in case. Hope this helps out some.

Whip up some chicken salad and make some finger sandwiches and a vegetable/dip tray. Makes some coffee and ice tea for the beverages and maybe cupcakes or cookies for the ones that like sweets. Nothing fancy. Keep it simple and something the people can nibble on throughout your party. That way you don't have to waste time feeding everyone before you start the party.

if you plan on using chicken, and you want something simple, just marinade the chicken in some italian dressing for a couple of hours. then you can just grill or sautee it or bake it in the oven...if you cook it in the oven keep the dressing in the pan that you cook it in, to enhance the flavor even more....hope that helps!

My go-to party menu of choice consists of mini sandwiches (chicken salad, deli meat with herbed cream cheese, etc), fruit kabobs, a green salad with toppings and dressings, and strawberry iced tea. If it is a shower or something, I add punch and a cake, usually a lemon-glazed bundt.

Good luck and have a great party!
