Everyone should get a cowboy hat/bandana on arrival! Red and white checkered tablecloth, balloons tied to horseshoes....
If you have access to hay and saddles that would be good too. You can even saddle a bale of hay or saw horse so the kids could "ride" it. You can play games like pin the tail on the horse, horseshoes, bean bag toss into a cowboy hat, and have a water gun shoot out. Get a pinata that has a western theme, like a horse or cowboy hat.

get a real milking cow, chicken, baby goat or pony
It might be a little pricey, but it could be your big thing! Mine was only 30 bucks and hour. Get it, bucks, lol. Pony rides! Big hit with little kids!
(its not really a decoration) but if you have enough money you could rent ponies, or even just one pony. he could be a decoration for half the time, then the other half a game of kids riding him. you could also use hay stacks as chairs, or just decorations. or when the kids come give them (if old enough) fake guns, a hat, a bandanna, and maybe even a sheriffs badge. i didnt really say much about the decorations so here are some links.
