PASSOVER FUDGIES
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3 TB. matzo cake flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Beat eggs until blended. Gradually add sugar and beat until light & fluffy. Add melted butter and beat well. Sift salt, cake meal and cocoa together & add to egg mixture. Grease and dust a 9x13" pan (with matzo cake flour). Pour batter into pan and bake at 400 for 15 min. Cool and dust with powdered sugar or frost ... cut into squares
chocolate covered strawberries.. or melt (kosher for passover) chocolate and then bring toothpicks and a bunch of fruit...do a fondue type thing.
or macaroons everybody loves those.
