What should i make for dinner for my youth group monday?!
Answers: try and keep it reasonable i'm a college kid
Cherry glazed chicken breasts:
1 can cherry pie filling
4-6 boneless chicken breasts
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the chicken breasts in a glass baking pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray like Pam. Spoon just enough of the cherry pie filling over the chicken to cover lightly. Place pan into oven and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes spreading more of the pie filling over the chicken every 15 minutes.
This is very easy and you get a nice moist chicken breast. This also works well for Cornish game hens and pork chops.

Stir-fry with fortune cookies would be a great dinner..fun, fast, cheap and filling!
Get some packs of egg noodles, chicken pieces, chinese stir fry sauce and a few family packs of stir fry veg.
Follow instructions..wok up and serve in big bowls with a few bowls of prawn crackers for everyone to share and of course a few fortune cookies add an element of fun!
As a dessert you could serve up mango sorbet with raspberries or vanilla bean ice cream with a fruit coulis.
Enjoy!! xox
