Child's b-day party what to eat?!

Question: We are mostly having family over for my daughter's 5th b-day, it is Hannah Montana themed ( she loves her) We are going to have it in the late afternoon and every year we do pizza or hamburgers and hot dogs, I am looking for something a lil' different and simple. It will mostly be adult family members and about 5 kids.

For my daughters 5th b-day we had subway party sub. It depends on how many you have but it was economical for me. Also chips and pop. Hope that gives you another idea

Maybe some ffied chick, fries, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and rolls DELICIOUS!

A make your own taco bar could be fun.

You could have a catering taco company come by. They will make chicken/steak tacos for you. I've always liked them. It's an alternative to pizza/hamburger/hotdogs.

mashes potatoes+gravy and peas and chicken wings for late afternoon
if you are planning to do outdoor barbeque
corn is good +chicken wings. including marshmallow(let the kids hold the stick)
kids love to make stuff to eat by making Rice Krispies or chocolate chip cookies
it will be fun

Shish kabobs are fun for adults and kids. Who doesn't love food on a stick? :)
