Help!? my daughters 11th birthday party?!

Question: I'm on a ridiculous budget. She asked for a BBQ/party for her birthday and I'm trying my best to get it together. I've asked for Pot-luck and my friend is doing cup cakes. Is there anything else I can do to make this gathering not so dull??

games.
kids could care less about food, all they want is games.
pinatas, pin the tall on the donkey!
or you could do this.
(change of clothes required)
Take a giant tarp or something like one and take soap or something slippery and pour it all over it.
put a ball in the center.
divide the kids into two teams.
assign each kid a #.
starting at one and going up.
stand off to the side and call a number
ex. 1
both number 1's have to run to the center and try to get the ball. Once they get it they must run back to thier side.
if the person with the ball gets back to their side they get a point if the person from the other team tags them, they don't get the point.
team with the most points in the end wins.

so much fun.
Happy Birthday to your daughter!
